Employee Of The Year - Nathan Leonard
Congratulations to our first ever Employee of the Year - Nathan Leonard!

In the last 12 months Nathan has moved from tuning multicoupling systems in our factory, to completing various high profile customer activities for RFI without disappointing at any stage.

He has been instrumental in the delivering a successful customer outcome for many key projects for RFI.

On top of this, Nathan has also helped numerous customers and his RFI team in a new role that evolved almost instantly into something else. He has grabbed the opportunities and lead by example and is proof opportunities are there if you are willing to "find the reason why" and have a go. He has been picked up in quite a few nominations throughout the year but I have to say his energy, attitude and the growth in him as an individual has been nothing short of amazing. The support and "safe pair of hands" he has provided during times of significant change in Vic has been most welcome.

Congratulation again Nathan and thanks for all your great work this year.
